On landlords blog number one we militantly rejected all of the mid 90 ‘s to early 00’s production track bikes targeted towards messengers.
While there was no 1 set of rules, we didn’t see the point in shimano, cro-mo, or unorthodox frame design. We just couldn’t make sense of any of that stuff.
We liked Italian or British steel frames. Columbus or Reynolds , Cinelli bars and stems, Campagnolo Pista gruppo Pref with high flange hubs. 700 x 21 tires, unicanitor, concor, flite, brooks, rolls, turbo, volare slx . Hubs cut out of track wheels rebuilt on clinchers.
Looking back 30 years this bike is ok I guess if that’s your thing .

The Shimano STX class of bikes had the GT triangle and they look pretty good for putting a milk crate on the front so you can put stuff in there or a dog.do you. The RD on all these bikes is kind of busted. I have an alivio doing something. It’s ok,
